Like most things our tounarments have rules:
1.short battles(no 12 line replys of you telling bulbasaur to use tackle or anything like that).
2.wait for me to reply before either trainer can attack again [eg trainer1: use growl Me: -2 attack trainer2: scratch.]
3. some tournaments have specific rules so you MUST follow them.
